I agree with Charles Steinmetz's observations.

 

I have a R2174B with the additional modules installed.  The interior of the
radio listed does not look anything like mine.

 

This item has been relisted.  I saw it a few weeks ago and sent the seller a
question about the discrepancy between the serial number on the back and on
the front.  He responded, but the answer was not "satisfactory", as I
recall.
