Thanks for the information, I understand exactly what You mean with those triangles for safety purpose. Seen them many times in the past...
In my case that is something different. RG-5500 has very complicated synthesyzer for 1st and 2nd LO injection. There two PCBs A22A7 and A22A8-most critical units there.
In PLL circuit after phase-freq. detector MC4044P some few Operation Amplifiers TL081CP where in use to convert pulse output from phase-freq. detector to DC voltage for
VCO tuning voltages...In front of some that Operation Amlifier that's resistors with small white triangles close to them in circuit diagram...Looks like some selection or
adjustment may require for those resistors...They affect strongly Oper. Amp. performance...But I'm not sure. That is why i decided to ask groop members...To bring situation more clear. But RG-5500 extremelly rarest one even in USA...So, very difficult to find any information about that radio...
