Help Andrew,
the DEBEG 7201 is better known as Siemens E410. DEBEG had several own units but also sold many receivers as OEM and relabeled the E410. Value varies heavily depending on installed options. First are the final 100kHz adjusted via knob or thumbwheel switches? It seems that the thumbwheel assembly is more common. Second which filters are installed? Does it have LSB and USB? Third does it have the preselector box installed on the back panel?
I sold an E410 on eBay last year for EUR 300 (about $400) which had the thumbwheel switches, 3 filters 300Hz, 1.5kHz and 6kHz but no LSB/USB and no preselector.

Most often the USB filter was robbed by a former owner because due to the mixing scheme sidebands are not inversed as they are in the E401 and E403. Therefore the USB filter in the E410 can be used as the (most often) missing LSB filter in the E401 and E403. I have seen this filter sold on eBay as high as EUR 200 ($265) but EUR 100 ($130) to EUR 125 ($ 170) is more common.
