[Premium-Rx] AN/URR receiver

I have acquired a  W-J AN/URR receiver that regretfully was dead on arrival 
at my QTH.  This was inspite of my request for a fully operational article. 
On arrival and connection of antenna, ground and head phones, not a sound 
was heard.
I have acquired a fully workshop/Service manual for this radio and I'm 
looking for a Tech here in VK2, Australia who could assist me in 
resuscitating this beauty.
Any assist will be appreciated.
