Werner,
Do not force the switches if they are stuck. You probably lost a return
springs on the switch stack. The switch frame could also loose. You will
probably have to replace the stack. You can try lubricating the switch
mechanisms with silicone and gently rock the switches. I know how to unlock
the selector bar but it is not easy and can damage the switch if it is done
wrong (springs and parts flying all over the room).
