For Sale: This WJ-8618B-(S1) "-17 Euphoria Program" is for sale - no trades. 
This is another fully loaded 8618B-(S1) model -17. It will go to auction on 
Saturday. It has been completely refurbished. I will pay UPS ground shipping 
to the lower 48 states. It comes with a 1 year warranty. Receive range is 
500 KHz to 1100 MHz, Fast AGC dump, SSB, 2.85KHz side band filters, NRT, 
DRD, Master Slave, EM, BITE, VBFO, 488, new hardware and front handles, 
aligned, test report, etc (see details below regarding options). All BITE 
and Extended BITE tests pass. All voltages are normal and the unit was 
completely aligned after burn-in. Everything ahs been fully tested. Pictures 
are available by email and on the FTP site. SN 1344, firmware VER 17.102.

WJ Receivers of this capability are becoming quite rare in this condition. 
If you have ever owned one of these receivers in excellent condition you 
know that they are capable of intercepting almost anything. The outputs can 
be routed to outboard decoders of your choice. The NRT squelch makes 
scanning noisy crowded bands easy. Fast AGC dump is a really nice feature to

LF/HF/VHF/UHF receiver with modifications for the "Euphoria" program: (1) 
AGC dump; (2)
Allow SRQ after frequency change if signal is present; (3) Decrease AGC 
attck time; (4)
changed FM filter on interface board (AFC/FMO?)(Decreased time constant on 
FMDC);
(5) software change to allow receiver to tune to "zero" frequency.

Options:
BITE, 488, SSB, SM, 6.4K, 10K, 20K, 50K, 100K, 300K, 1MHz, 2MHz, FP, LFE,
