I've worked with Rigol scopes, function generators and spectrum
analyzers. They easy go toe to toe with Agilent and Tektronix but with
way more bang for the buck.

If you go into the software screens on some Agilent scopes, you'll find
clear evidence that they are made by Rigol.

The $1300 Rigol DSA815 spectrum analyzer is an incredible value. I put a
400 Hz tone on a 100MHz WBFM signal and it resolved all the sidebands
sharply and easily. The feature set on this unit is amazing at this
price. Our first Tektronix tracking generator cost more than this whole
spec anz and it's included feature here.
