[Premium-Rx] RFQ's for WJ-8712P

I received an overwhelming number of requests for the WJ-8712P. A few things 
that you should know: 1) DRS does not stock the parts to build this radio. 
It is built to order. 2) DRS does not stock much of anything because they 
usually build to order. 3) DRS is returning from vacation and it will take 
them at least a week to respond to my request. 4) International orders will 
require approvals from the US Govt and in some cases will be denied. This 
process can take weeks. I will need detailed information from international 
buyers. 5) DRS does not sell to individuals. I am their agent. 6) Watkins 
Johnson is DRS. DRS purchased them. They are a big company serving mostly US 
govt contracts.

for some people, but it is standard in the world of restricted items.
