[Premium-Rx] ROM or EPROM losing its content

I had one of these many years ago, IIRC the logic was a CMOS
4000 state machine, no CPU at all.  RAM was CMOS DFF's held 
up by a couple of nicd's.

Manuals are around, I HAD one at the time.
