Dear Pete

Sorry to hear of your problem and I regret that I have no useful data for
your new baby, but for decent manuals with all the info any repairer could
seek you might try some of the Racal receivers.

The original documentation for a classic such as the RA1772 comes in two fat
ring binders plus a thinner operation one and has the circuits and PCB
layouts printed beautifully in colour on big A3 sized sheets, and there are
full alignment and repair instructions.

Good luck in your endeavours.
73s
