[Premium-Rx] Plessey PR2250 problem

Hello,
after 4 years in storage my Plessey PR2250 didn't work. I replaced 10 tantalum capacitors, two resistors and a shorted ceramic capacitor and 12 hours later it came back to live.
I still have a problem with the synthesizer. Every 100kHz it drops out for a 340hz span in tuning. At xx.x90.00 the receiver goes dead until xx.x90.34.
I suspect the counter chips Plessey SP8311 and SP8323 to be defective. Anybody have a lead on these counters or any spare boards from the synthesizer box.
