This is an early unit and lacks some functionality of the later ones.

I used this in police tactical operations. AST provided the software because 
of my particular activities. I have an ethical obligation as well as a 
personal respect and appreciation toward AST for their assistance which I 
will not violate. Hence the restriction on the transfer of the software to 
other than police or military buyer.
I am selling the hardware. I will include the AST Clearwater software only 
if buyer meets my requirements.
