I just updated the FTP site registration disclaimer under "Manuals and 
Data". Everyone who uses the site should read this. If you are considering 
registration you should also read this.

Important Notice September 6th, 2012:

Access to this ftp site is subject to US restrictions and user registration. 
If you register to access this site you are agreeing to make your name and 
address available to the DLA, The US State Department, and other US 
Government agencies. IF you no longer wish to be registered please contact 
me and I will remove your information from my data base.

I am a government contractor and I am required to maintain records with CCR 
and ORCA. This means that I may be subject to audits at any time.
