[Premium-Rx] Need Racal 3711 schematic info

If anyone has a manual for the Racal 3711, I need a little info from a schematic. This set may be substantially different than the 3701, or so my measurements suggest.
 
1. Info needed: Looking at the schematic for the "Dual 80MHz Reference Module" (which doesn't exist in a 3701), what is the frequency and voltage level of the 2nd LO output  from connector P3? Might be on sheet 3 of the schematic of this module.
 
2. Where can I obtain a complete manual for the 3711? Telford doesn't show one available, only the 3701 and 3702.
