[Premium-Rx] Russian R-399a HF receiver, info anyone?

Nico, I believe that my friend Vlad Titarev in Ukraine has one of these
receivers.  I used it to DX and was quite astounded how well it worked.  In
a lot of ways, it surpassed my R-390A receiver.  Very high end mil-spec
receiver, I believe built in Kharkiv, Ukraine.  Personally, I'd rate it
right up there with other Premium receivers.  Not sure why it wouldn't rate
in this category.  It was the best Soviet receiver of that
