Hello, I can buy a Russian R-399a HF receiver complete with its PANadapter and was wondering if anyone has experience with this type of receiver. It is of 1980's vintage and should classify as a Premium receiver but I can't find much information regarding its quality as a receiver. Regards, Nico - PA3ESA
