[Premium-Rx] Manuals are now on the WEB site

I started adding manuals to the PCS Associates WEB site. Go to the page
called Manuals and Data. Follow the instructions on that page. You can right
click on the links and download or view the data from your browser.

I would be happy to add donated manuals to the site. If you have scanned
manuals that you would like to contribute please let me know.

The manuals are free to anyone who wants them.
