[Premium-Rx] Chase Measuring Receivers

I had a number of questions about Chase 4400-series portable measuring receivers that perhaps members in the UK might be able to assist with. Here goes:
 
1. Is Chase still in business? If so, does anyone have any contact information for them? I'd like to try and purchase service/alignment manuals if available.
 
2. Failing their still being in business, does anyone have a manual copy for sale or trade?
 
3. Does anyone know of a source for their SMS 9902 signal monitoring software? This was an old DOS application and I would like to find a source for this (or a newer product that works under some flavor of Windows).
 
If anyone has one of these receivers and needs very basic operating instructions, I have a set that I transcribed from the instructions inside the lid of my 4401 that I can send you. Just send me an email.
