Hello Everyone,
It appears that my original posting to the group here did not make it due to the size of CC list. So here it is for those who were not included.

 I decided that the best way to handle repro of this manual was to give it to Pete, The Manual Man, http://www.manualman.com/
 Anyone familiar with his excellent work will be very pleased with the quality repro of this manual.
He does not scan and digitize. Each repro is carefully photocopied from the original one at a time. This includes all double sided and 11 X 17 foldout pages.
We are talking approx 554 pages including 52 11 X17 foldouts and near 3" thick. Pages will be standard 3 hole punched and unless requested otherwise will be shipped unbound.
I suggested unbound as any servicing will require access to multiple pages so it will be easier to separately bind the relevant sections as desired.

The final cost is about $95.00 plus Priority Mail shipping.
Pete said he would have the manual noted in his online catalog but I have not seen the entry so please contact him directly with your request and any questions.

If I had to middleman copies there would have been additional shipping cost and there would have been additional charges for repacking and shipping. This way it will be professionally handled by an experienced and respected manual vendor.
