I have contact with a private seller who has a pair of Racal RA-6793
receivers that he is looking at repairing-selling. Rather than let these go
up on an auction he and I have discussed the possibility of someone off the
list who might have an interest. He is located in the LA area and really
would like these to go to a good home.

It sounds like he has some other Racal gear (our much beloved 6790, etc...)
someone local who would be interested in working with this fellow, he is
receptive to some sort of arrangement other than "the flesh peddlers" on
eBay <smile>.
