[Premium-Rx] Micro-Tel PR-700

 From the photo of a PR 700B on the net, all but the scope and BFO knobs 
are made by Raytheon.  They should be relatively common as they were 
widely used in their day.

If you can identify the manufacturer, or send around a photo, your 
chances of landing a replacement knob should increase dramatically.  
There are only a few cases of receiver manufacturers creating their own 
knobs.
