Hi Danny,
I have a manual for the 3700 series, publication TH9359. Chapter 8 is for the First LO Synth module. Para 47 is the VCO
Frequency adjustment. Assuming that's what you're after it reads:
" Remove LK1 and tune receiver to 0MHz. Connect the DC power supply between TP14 and 0V, set for a voltage of +19V on the
varactor line. Connect the frequency counter to the LO output (SK1) and adjust L8 for a frequency of between 43.1 and 43.3
MHz."
