Hi All,

Does anyone know of a source of Monsanto MAN-10A seven segment
LED displays?
I've just had one fail in my Racal RA-2091 receiver and
they seem to be as rare as hens teeth.

The only reference to them on
the net points to the fact that they were also used in the fluke 8000A
bench multimeter of which there seem to be many on sale in the US on
Ebay but none this side of the pond.
It seems a little excessive to
spend £11.99 plus £47 shipping to buy one of these just to break it for
one display...

I have got the receiver going again with a newer
display, but it is of a slightly different size being .03" compared to
the MAN-10A's .27", and is also a significantly different luminosity.

Whilst I could replace all the displays with newer types, so that they
match, I would prefer to keep the originality and fit the correct
display.

To that end I'm hoping someone has an 8000A they no longer
need, or an odd display knocking about in their junk box.

Thanks
again,
Dave.S.
