    Russ Phipps a former Alden employee runs a small business out of his house 
repairing Alden fax equipment (Phipps Radiofax).
About 5 years ago he repaired a model TR-1 receiver w/ built in fax printer for 
me, I don't know if he is still around or if he is still in business but the
