Download a spec sheet for your final   http://www.g8wrb.org/triodes/  and
you will see that it will require forced air cooling to protect the
ceramic/matal seals even if only the filament is powered.

If the final filament is powered when in receive mode, and it probably is,
then there is a big problem with the life expectancy of the seals on your
$$$ final if it doesn't have the required forced air cooling.
