[Premium-Rx] Cubic CDR-3280 Digital I + Q output

Hi:

I have the SDR-IQ software defined radio (SDR), see:

It converts the input RF into I&Q samples then downloads them into a PC 
via USB which then does the demodulation.
There are two different types of PC software that can be used.  One type 
acts like a receiver allowing you to tune the radio and listen to the 
output.  An example is called WINrad.  The other type of PC software 
acts like a spectrum analyzer, a typical program is Spectravu.

If the Cubic I&Q outputs could be formatted to look like the output of 
the SDR-IQ (or one of the other popular SDRs) then it would run with the 
common (free) PC applications.
