Lucky you! You can take that I&Q output and process it via several means. The simplest would be to feed it to the L&R sound input of a PC loaded with one of the sound card based SDR programs available for download on the web. This will provide you with several features like panoramic and waterfall display, much better audio quality than the 3280 provides alone, synchronus AM and all other feature provided by SDR programs.

Please keep in mind that you would need to narrow the SDR program to only a slightly wider slice of spectrum than the 3280 roofing filter, no reason to try processing more spectrum than is available.
