Yes, this can happen to our reflector when someone on FaceBook, Twitter, or most other sites authorizes the service to invite friends using their email address book.  It is difficult to block these using the QTH.net server, and we are looking at going to a new server for our Premium-RX list.  We shall keep you informed of progress in this regard!
