[Premium-Rx] Do not use null modem cable!

I found my problem -- I forgot that I had plugged into the 7800's Remote jack
to send C-IV freq info to my Palstar auto tuner for autotracking. When I
disconnected that C-IV Remote cable from the Icom, HRD came to life!! Evidently
you cannot use the Remote jack and RS-232 connection at the same time.
I checked the RTS box in HRD as suggested and set the 7800's menu parameters to
the ones suggested also. My serial port has flow control set to "None".
Thanks everyone for your help in solving this vexing problem.

Hmm, before we say that the rig is messed up, lets check the parameters tonight
together, then we can check to the port and your logging software.
