[Premium-Rx] Watkins Johnson WJ-8716 Battery

Success ----- maybe !
Talk about a can of worms. I pulled every card one by one and found a
location for the battery (BT1)
on the Synthesizer Interface Card ( 794275-1 ). No battery installed, of
course but there is hope.
Interestingly, that card is not even shown in two different WJ-8716/18
manuals that I possess. In my manual(s) the battery is shown on the Manual
Tuning Up/Down Counter card. There is absolutely no place on that card for a
battery nor is it even referenced. Very confusing unless one is into tons of
mods and revisions for these receivers. Nevertheless, I will head out
tomorrow and pick up the necessary items to initiate an off-card battery
installation and see what happens.
I want to take a minute to thank all of the many responders that tried their
best to help me out in my time of need. Special thanks to Kurt, Mark, and Al
for their many emails and ideas. Your gracious assistance  was certainly
appreciated and my very best to all.
