[Premium-Rx] WJ-8716 vs WJ-8718 Receivers

Hi Todd,
I will answer your email off list since it is rapidly filling up with info
that I had requested. I certainly appreciate all of the answers to my
inquiry, and especially, your thoughts about the WJ-8716.
Not only did I not expect such participation concerning my query, but I did
not expect the off list invitation that I just received from Bob Betts who
lives fairly close to my location. Nice to see a lot of action within a
group such as this and I hope that I will be able to contribute my share in
time.
I find your thoughts about the 8716 to be to be very interesting and I will
definitely keep them in mind when a decent unit comes along, either for sale
or auction. In the meantime, your Racal
RA-6790/GM is plodding along without a glitch and now has Gary Wingerd`s
display edgelighting
kit installed. Yep, I picked it up from you a short while back and it is
using an I.C.E. preamp which works quite well. I will quit my ranting now
and get back to my chores but I just wanted to acknowlege your thoughtful
