[Premium-Rx] Norlin 295 on eBay

There is currently on eBay a Norlin Model 295 receiver (eBay item number
230474065130).

 

Fred Osterman's third edition book, on page 314, shows a Norlin receiver.
The one pictured on that page is a model SR-2093, and looks very similar to
the one listed on eBay, except the one on eBay does not have what appears to
be a telephone-style, direct-entry keypad.

 

The eBay listing is sparse on information.  Anybody know about this "Model
295" or have any comments about it?
