Hi,

Your photos struck me, I never saw an A/B buttons. Looking at the manual there is no mention nor picture of a A and B. The off center det switch is another puzzle, although one fold out has the illustration of the off centered button. The key here is that this is a -3, even the front panel has this in the silk screen. I think all bets are off with respect to the correct software. U12 should be 4.x depending on the DSP board but yours has that label of -3. It would be interesting if you reversed engineering the two buttons (A & B) . I'm wondering if you called Dave Shane at DRS or what ever the company is called today, if there is still anyone left who could give you some history. You could call looking to spend money but insist that this is a -3 and does anyone have information on this version before you sent in it or something like that. Good luck and I would be interested in hearing if you get anywhere.

Take care,
Jon, KB1DC
