Hello,
I have a pretty extensive reference library. The only other comparable
receiver book that I am aware of is:
"Communications Receivers - The Vacuum Tube Era: 1932-1981" - 4th Edition
by Raymond Moore. RSM Communications 1997.
It is not a premium radio book per se, but one that definitely worth having.
Rainer Liche is the author of two books, both of which do cover premium
receivers:
"Radio Receivers - Chance or Choice" Gilfer Associates 1985.
"More Radio Receiver - Chance of Choice" Gilfer Associates 1987.
