[Premium-Rx] Classification Levels HW & Docs

Hi Terry:

For documents I thought there was an automatic declassification based on 
elapsed time .  That's to say that after so many years the document 
would automatically be downgraded unless something was done to maintain 
it's level.  Wouldn't that system cause the associated hardware to also 
be downgraded with time?

The National Security Archive pays a lot of attention to documents and 
might know about hardware.
