[Premium-Rx] OT - Microdyne 1100-AR Telemetry Receiver manual

I realise the Microdyne 1100-AR isn't exactly a premium receiver but I've  
just scanned the manual and thought it might be of some interest.

Unfortunately, this manual isn't complete, it's missing Section 4 - Theory  
of Operation, Section 6 - Replaceable Parts List, and Section 7 - 
Maintenance  Drawings.
 
If anyone can supply any of the missing information, or any other  
information on the 1100-AR and/or any of the plug in modules, that would be  very 
much appreciated.
