Sid, it's unclear whether you mean the top cover for the whole radio, or the
two interior covers for the tuned circuits. I'm guessing it's the latter,
and if so your best bet is just to fabricate covers out of some sheet
aluminum. You'll have to drill or punch 39 access holes for the back cover
(to go above the adjustable inductors), and 8 for the front cover. I did
this once for an MSR-2, and it isn't hard, though it took a couple of hours.
