[Premium-Rx] Any info for a software to control Eddystone 1650/6?

my friend got it at a good price, and that's why. The receiver seems 
to be working, but of course he can't really use it. Too bad.

Obliged. Thank you in advance for your help. I hope we can find some 
kind of solution to control the receiver, but I can't feel very 
optimistic. I'll let you know of any positive result, if any.
