That being the case, I apologize to the bidder (and the group) for my hasty presumption and cynical impressions.
It
wasn't glaringly clear to me, or maybe I was just surfing to rapidly,
but I had the same impression as George did. Anyhow I'll revisit the
auction and consider placing a (yet another unnecessary,
self-indulgent) bid.

This is a rather odd comment and sort of a dead giveaway to the  definition 
of not
 understanding the statistics.
 
What you've been looking at is clearly stated to be a 30 day  summary and 
the percentage refers to the bids this bidder has placed with  this seller as 
a proprtion of his total bidding activity within the last 30  days.
 
As this would seem to be the only bid this bidder placed  within those last 
30 days it shouldn't really come as too much of a  surprise that the 
activity is shown as being 100% with this  seller!
