I know, and some of the other links are dead too, but I downloaded it  some 
time ago before they died.
 
It's not a very large manual, most of the files  listed are individual  
foldout pages, so I've compiled it  into a single file and uploaded that to 
Rapidshare for anyone who'd like a  copy.......
