[Premium-Rx] Rohde & Schwarz FK 101 HF Preselector

I bought a Rohde & Schwarz EK 070 receiver and the FK 101 HF Preselector from John England some time back, but I'm not using the preselector. So, I have decided to offer it to the Premium RX group. I've tested the preselector with my EK 070 and it works well, and the FK 101 comes with an interconnecting cable and a manual.  The FK 101 is in excellent cosmetic condition, but there is a small badge missing in the upper righthand corner, next to the model number (which is 617.8011.03). 

I would like $950 for the preselector, cable, and manual, plus actual shipping.  I would prefer not to ship internationally as it would be shipped from Nevada, where the Pony Express riders stop only twice a week.
