[Premium-Rx] RA3791 success!!

I printed out all the tips from the group and got ready to open up the
receiver.  But before I did that, late yesterday, Dan p-mailed me some info
in which he indicated that he thought that a two-key entry was needed to
escape from the remote link status.  He said he thought it might be ADDR
followed by RCL.  

 

I tried this first, and bingo!  That did it!  Brought it back to the keypad
control of itself again.  Just for fun (and while holding my breath!), I
tried that key combo again and found that it toggles the receiver between
keypad control of itself and the remote link status.

thoughtful suggestions.

 

I will let the group know of Telford's response to my 3790-series manual
request.
