2 comments here.  I owned an RX-340 for just over a year.  Never did get a service manual, nor would Ten-Tec sell me one.  They insisted on sending the unit back for repair (which I had to do for a minor issue).  You are lucky!  2nd point:  Although a fabulous SW receiver, it was a rather poor performer for MW and LW, and hence I sold mine.  My receivers at a tenth of the price outperformed the 340 on MW!  .......Walt
