Hi, Clemens!  Thank you for the kind words.  I'm pleased the radio has worked out just as you had hoped.  The exact number escapes me now, but perhaps it was something like 1052 examples or so.  No other foreign buyers emerged, except the two that went to Israel as Barutch mentioned (it was fun shipping the 2050 manual to Israel...had lots of interesting looks at the PO when I'd go to the post office with another arm full of manuals being sent out all over the world!), and several that went to China with hopes of a sale...which of course didn't materialize.  We've heard, however, that the Chinese cloned them, although this has never been confirmed for certain.        Walt Salmaniw, Victoria,BC
