I'm well versed in Joe's 2050, fellas.  A few year ago, he and I discussed new front panels for the 2050/restoration to mint condition and I purchased a few, and I know he and a few others did as well.  Absolutely beautiful.  On top of that, he also had the panels polished ...looking gorgeous.  He stands 100% behind his product.  110% honest.  Seeing what many of the 2050s fetch, mostly sight unseen on eBay, I think that $1300 is a real bargain (and especially with my now long out of print complete manual!)...Walt
PS:  Joe hasn't mentioned this, but I believe he's planning on using the proceeds for some charitable functions.
