[Premium-Rx] Fw: Harris RX-590

I have a RX-590 that receives sidebands plus and minus 20 kc. the lower the 
freq (about 1 MC) the stronger. the higher (10 MC) the freq weaker.

 For instance using a sig gen a 1 mc signal has a sideband signal at 980 and 
1020. At 1 mc it is strong enough to also be heard on 960 and 1040.

 So far all the tantalum caps in the power supply board were replaced and 
the one in the crsytal oven. No change. Any ideas?
