I sent Spencer the same info. I found a few years ago a new in the box
Harris RF-350K with a RF-7210A ALE controller. It had a cold solder joint on
the PA transistors and also never put into service. Picked it up for a song.
Also found other WJ, Racal and Harris gear there.

Make arrangements before you "stop by".  They are not always there.  
 
Mostly test equipment but they have premium rx stuff from time to time on
ebay.  Used to have a lot of WJ stuff.  Not so sure what they have any more.
 
I found a "like new" PRC-104 in their junk bin.  It had a factory defect
(solder bridge) under a TO3 cased transistor, so was never put to field.
