[Premium-Rx] DEI GPR-20

These portable 55-260 mhz receivers aren't premium, but since the only 
web reference seems to be Terry O's site, I thought maybe someone here 
may know about them.   I've got two, and in the process of using one as 
a reference to re-string the dial cord on the other, I managed to mess 
both of them up!   I'd love to find a manual, but I'd settle for the 
home address of the sadist that designed this dial mechanism ;-)
