The 3N128 or 3N142 should work directly.

lists the 3N128.

However, the difficulty of finding an undamaged 3N128 is
second only to finding a BFR29, so I would recommend
tying the two gates of a 40673 or 40822 family gate-protected MOSFET 
together.
