Hello from chilly Indiana...

I found a WJ-9607 control unit at Dayton last week, and if I can get it working the computer interfacing can be dismissed for some apps. The unit comes up when power is applied, but consistently displays "NO DEVICE"
and "IOC NOT RESPONDING" when a variety of miniceptors are attached (the unit has HPIB and RS232
interfacing, and both have been tried). There are 3 banks of 8 DIP switches on the top of the device, and these have been toggled a few times to get the cobwebs out...but returned to their original positions, of course. No
joy here, either. So, I thought the experts on this list may have some points for me to pursue. Thanks!
